Why can't I access a feature I expect to have?

Verification not complete

All features are locked until identity verification (KYC) is approved. Business accounts also require KYB. Tap any feature button and you will be directed to complete verification.

Insufficient role or permissions

Your role may not include the feature you are trying to access. Contact your account owner or admin to review your permissions. See [Roles explained] for a full breakdown.

Account suspended

If your account has been suspended, you will not be able to access PIL. Contact your organization admin or PIL support at [email protected].
