Why can't I create or fund a card?

Card creation

  • Verification not complete: Identity verification (KYC) is required before you can create cards. Business accounts also require KYB. Complete your verification and try again.

  • Card limit reached: You have reached the maximum number of cards for your account (3 for individual accounts, 5 for business accounts).

  • Insufficient wallet balance: Your master wallet balance is too low to cover the initial funding amount and fees. Add funds to your wallet and try again.

Card funding

  • Card is frozen: Unfreeze the card before funding it.

  • Card is terminated or expired: These cards cannot be funded.

  • Insufficient wallet balance: Add funds to your master wallet before funding the card.

  • Amount outside the allowed range: The amount is below the minimum or above the maximum. Adjust the amount and try again.
