Declined transactions appear as Failed in your card transaction history.
Common reasons:
Insufficient card balance: Fund your card and try again.
Card is frozen: Unfreeze the card before making purchases.
Spend limit exceeded: The transaction exceeds your daily, monthly, or per-transaction limit. Review and update your limits in card settings.
Card is terminated or expired: These cards cannot be used for payments.
Merchant restrictions: Some merchants do not accept virtual cards or have geographic restrictions that may cause declines.
