To freeze a card:
Go to Cards and select the card.
Open "Card Settings" and tap "Freeze card".
Enter your 4-digit PIN to confirm.
A frozen card cannot be used for payments. All other card settings remain accessible.
To unfreeze a card:
Go to Cards and select the frozen card.
Open "Card Settings" and tap "Unfreeze card".
Enter your 4-digit PIN to confirm.
To terminate a card:
Go to Cards and select the card.
Open "Card Settings" and tap "Terminate card".
Enter a reason for termination.
Enter your 4-digit PIN to confirm and tap "Terminate Card".
Please Note: Termination is permanent. The card cannot be reactivated. Any remaining balance is automatically moved to your master wallet.
