How card funding requests work

Card funding requests allow team members to request funds for their card from an owner or admin.

For team members: requesting funds

  1. Go to Cards and select your card.

  2. Tap "Request Funds".

  3. Enter the Amount and an optional Reason.

  4. Tap "Send Funding Request" and enter your 4-digit PIN to confirm.

You will be notified once the request is approved or rejected.

For owners and admins: reviewing requests

Pending requests appear in the card funding requests section.

  1. Tap a request to open it.

  2. Review the amount, requester, and reason. To adjust the amount before approving, tap "Edit Amount", update the value, and tap "Save Amount".

To approve: Tap "Accept this Request" and enter your 4-digit PIN.

To reject: Tap "Reject", add an optional reason, tap "Reject Request", and enter your PIN.

Please Note: An owner or admin cannot approve their own funding request.
