How to create or reset your PIN

Your PIN is a 4-digit code used to authenticate certain actions in the app, such as approving card funding requests.

To create a PIN (first time):

  1. Go to Settings and select the Security tab.

  2. Tap "Create Pin".

  3. Enter your 4-digit PIN. It submits automatically.

To change your PIN:

  1. Go to Settings and select the Security tab.

  2. Tap "Change Pin".

  3. Enter your current PIN.

  4. Enter your new PIN. It must be different from your current PIN.

  5. Re-enter your new PIN to confirm.

To reset your PIN (if you have forgotten it):

  1. Go to Settings and select the Security tab.

  2. Tap "Reset Pin". PIL will send an 8-digit reset code to your registered email address.

  3. Enter the 8-digit reset code.

  4. Enter your new 4-digit PIN.

  5. Re-enter your new PIN to confirm.

Please Note: Tap "Resend Code" on the reset screen if you did not receive the email.
