How to enable, disable, and recover 2FA

Two-factor authentication (2FA) requires a verification code at every login. When enabled, you cannot access your account without it.

To enable 2FA:

  1. Go to Settings and select the Security tab.

  2. Toggle on "Use 2FA for login".

Please Note: Once 2FA is active, a verification code will be required at every login session.

To disable 2FA:

  1. Go to Settings and select the Security tab.

  2. Toggle off "Use 2FA for login".

  3. PIL will send a 6-digit confirmation code to your registered email address.

  4. Enter the code. The form submits automatically once all 6 digits are entered.

  5. Tap "Disable 2FA".

Please Note: The confirmation code expires after 10 minutes. Tap "Resend code" if you need a new one.

If you are locked out due to 2FA:
