All PIL features are locked until you complete verification. You will not be able to create cards, fund your wallet, make withdrawals, or access any other part of the app until verification is approved.
Individual accounts require identity verification (KYC) to unlock all features.
Business accounts require both identity verification (KYC) and business verification (KYB). KYB cannot be started until KYC is approved.
Until verification is complete, you will see a banner at the top of your dashboard with a prompt to complete the missing step. Tapping any feature button in the app will also take you directly to the verification screen.
