How to invite and remove team members

To invite a team member:

  1. Go to User Access and tap "Invite a Team Member".

  2. Fill in the details:

    • First name and Last name

    • Email address

    • User role

    • Select card (optional) — assign a card at invite time

  3. Tap "Send Invite".

The invited person receives an email with a link to set up their account. The link expires after 48 hours.

To cancel a pending invitation:

  1. Go to User Access and find the pending member.

  2. Open their details and tap "Delete Invitation".

  3. Enter your 4-digit PIN to confirm.

To remove a team member:

  1. Go to User Access and tap the member to open their details.

  2. Tap "Edit Team Member", then tap "Delete User Profile".

  3. Enter your 4-digit PIN to confirm and tap "Remove User".

Please Note: Removing a team member is permanent. To temporarily restrict access, use suspend instead.
