If your deposit shows as Pending, it is still being processed.
NGN and GHS bank transfers are credited automatically once confirmed by your bank. Processing is usually instant but can vary depending on your bank.
Stablecoin deposits depend on the network used. Check your transaction on the relevant block explorer to confirm it was sent successfully and is being confirmed.
If your deposit has been pending for an unusually long time or does not appear at all, contact PIL support at [email protected].
Please Note: Stablecoin deposits sent on the wrong network or with the wrong token cannot be recovered. Always verify your network and token before sending.
